If the fact that the Large Hadron Collider merely existing isn't scary enough, CERN announced today that hackers were able to gain access to the machine's systems which was "one step away" from a control computer. All we need os for some War Games scenario where some fuck face with too much time on his hands decides to create a black hole and zap everyone out of existence. I mean, why would you even announce that this happened? Now all the Acid Burns & Crash Overrides of the world are going to try to pull a repeat performance, no? Hopefully they'll hire Kevin Mitnick to help beef up security for next time. Nuts....
